This Valentine’s season, step into a world of timeless love stories, heartfelt
poetry, and playful romance as Ogden Shakespeare Festival presents Love Bites, An Evening of
Love’s Sweet & Sharp Moments by William Shakespeare. Whether you’re a fan of Shakespeare’s
tender sonnets or his sharp wit, this evening promises something for everyone, from hopeless
romantics to love’s staunchest skeptics.
Taking place on February 15, 2025, at Saint Joseph Catholic High School’s Evans Black Box
Theater, Love Bites is more than a night of theatre—it’s a celebration. Enjoy a carefully curated
selection of Shakespearean scenes, centered around the theme of love in all its forms: passionate,
tragic, comedic, and everything in between. Highlights will include iconic moments from Romeo
and Juliet, Much Ado About Nothing, Julius Caesar, As You Like It, and some of William
Shakespeare’s most beloved sonnets, performed by a talented ensemble of local actors.
To make the night even sweeter, audiences will enjoy delicious appetizers and desserts catered
by Peddler’s Café and Catering and served right at your table. Cabaret style seating will bring a
fun and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for couples, friends, and families.
